I took an Argentine steak dinner cooking class at @central_market and it was such a vibe. We worked in teams, prepped a three-course meal, and learned techniques I’ll actually use — like how to get those perfect grill marks 👀

We sipped wine, laughed, and served everything buffet style. From steak + chimichurri to dulce de leche crepes (my fave!)…it was all chef’s kiss. 🍷🔥

I tried switching the legs around and even manifesting stability. Nope…she was determined to be extra!

I grabbed two grocery store orchids and gave them a spring centerpiece moment! ✨

I didn’t repot them (yet). Kept them in their grow pots to help them adjust to their new environment—but I layered them into glass vases with fir bark, damp orchid moss, and sheet moss on top.

It’s such a simple DIY, but it instantly elevates the look and makes them feel way more intentional.
